Processing Time - We endeavor to process all online orders the following business day. Add 1 day to your shipping estimate for total estimated delivery time. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Costs -

  • Free Shipping - We offer standard delivery for no charge on all orders to the contiguous U.S. and Canada. You should receive your order in 5 - 7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping - We also offer expedited 1-day or 2-day shipping for an additional charge. Certain products including batteries and spray refills can only be sent by standard ground shipping due to mail regulations.

Exclusive to www.invisiblefence.com - Our shipping options are exclusive to orders placed on our Invisible Fence Brand website. We don't offer these shipping options or any other discounts or promotions on orders placed with any other e-commerce companies.

International Orders - We don't ship internationally outside the U.S and Canada from this website. You can view products available from our retailers in other countries on our international site.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Note that your bill will say "Radio Systems Corporation," the parent company of Invisible Fence Brand.

How much is shipping?

All orders placed on www.invisiblefence.com are eligible for free standard shipping to the continental U.S. and Canada. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will have limited shipping options and aren't eligible for free or standard shipping.

How do I cancel my order?

After you place an order, there is a limited time in which you can cancel or modify it. Once your order has been processed to our warehouse, we cannot make any modifications to the order, or cancel it.

When will my package arrive?

We endeavor to process all orders the following business day. With free standard shipping, you can expect your order to arrive 5-7 business days after the next business day. With 2-Day Express Shipping, you can expect your order to arrive 2 business days after the next business day. Packages shipped with Standard Overnight Shipping will arrive 1 business day after the next business day.

For orders with expedited shipping, you’ll be able to track your package under My Account. The package sender will be "Radio Systems Corporation," the parent company of Invisible Fence Brand.

Please be aware that some of the products sold on our website may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers or independent dealerships based on your delivery location. When you purchase such products, you are subject to the specific terms and conditions set forth by the respective third-party supplier. Delivery times may vary for orders fulfilled by third parties.

What’s your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it subject to our Returns Policy for a refund of your purchase price. Shipping fees won't be refunded.
