Returns on E-commerce Orders

Note: For purchases made through other online or in-store retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their specific return policy. For purchases made through this website, please follow the steps below.

STEP 1: Locate Order Number

The order number may be found in your online account, order confirmation email and shipping notification email.If you do not have your order number on hand, call 1-800-578-3647 for assistance.

STEP 2: Determine if an independent dealer fulfilled your order

Check order details in your online account or shipping notification email to confirm whether your order was fulfilled by Invisible Fence Brand corporate or an independent dealership.

If a specific dealership name (i.e. Invisible Fence of the Tennessee Valley) is mentioned in either place, then your order was fulfilled by an independent dealer. Please call the dealership referenced in your order details for specific return instructions.

Otherwise, your order was fulfilled by Invisible Fence Brand corporate. Proceed to Step 3 below.

STEP 3: Prepare Return Package

For orders fulfilled by Invisible Fence Brand corporate only. If unsure, see Step 2 above or call 1-800-578-3647 for assistance.

Pack the item safely and securely for shipping. Write the reason for the return on the packaging slip and ship your product to us with the order number written prominently and clearly on the package. Use clear packing tape to attach the shipping info to the package. Send the package with a carrier service that issues you a tracking number, such as FedEx® or UPS®, and keep a copy of the packing slip and tracking number for your return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost without tracking.

STEP 4: Receive Credit

When we receive the product, we will issue you a credit for your order. If you want to place a new order, just give us a call or place a new order on our website.Defective products are allowed for return for replacement or credit.

Conditions

Your return is subject to the following:

1.Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

2.All returns must be received within thirty (30) days of the original date of purchase. Thereafter, all sales are final.

3.All returns must be re-sellable, which is in original condition and in original packaging with all original packing materials.All miscellaneous manuals, accessories or parts must be included or Customer may be billed for parts missing from the original packaging.Any items returned to us in used condition without packaging will not be credited. Unfortunately, for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returned toys that have been in your dog’s mouth.

4.Returns must be shipped via prepaid freight. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.

5.Special order items and products purchased from our clearance section and discontinued items will not be accepted for return.

6.All replacement items will be shipped after we have received and processed your defective return. A new tracking number will be sent to you for the replacement item when it ships.

7.All credits will be made back to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.

8.Invisible Fence Brandwill not be held responsible for customers ordering the wrong product(s), and all refusals will be credited minus the shipping charges.

9. Defective products are allowed for return for replacement or credit within thirty (30) days of the order or if the product is still within its warranty.

10.If a package that requires a signature for delivery arrives damaged, it’s best to refuse the package. However, should you keep the package, or should it not require a signature, you should contact Customer Care so a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier and a replacement order processed.

11. Please note, once we submit a refund to your credit card company or bank, there may be additional delays in receiving the credit to your account due to your bank’s policies and processes. Please contact your payment provider to find out their timeline for crediting accounts.

12.A twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be charged on all returned wire break locators.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as two separate transactions. For items you want to exchange, please follow the return instructions above. Then place a new order for the items you would like on www.invisiblefence.com. New orders will incur shipping charges.

Purchases through Retailers

If you purchased a Invisible Fence Brand product at a retail store or online with one of our e-commerce retailers, all refunds and exchanges must be obtained through the original place of purchase.

Webstore Credits when a refund cannot be processed due to an expired credit card.

To be eligible for store credit in lieu of a refund due to an expired credit card, the following conditions must be met:

1.The return must meet the criteria outlined in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

2.The customer's original purchase must have been made with a credit card.

3.The credit card on file must have expired or become invalid since the original purchase.

Customers who wish to receive store credit in lieu of a refund due to an expired credit card must follow these steps:

2.Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3.Our customer support team will guide you through the store credit process.

Once you've initiated a store credit request and have met the eligibility criteria, we will proceed with the following steps:

1.We will verify the return eligibility and ensure that the product(s) meet our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

2.A store credit will be issued for the total amount of the eligible return, including taxes and shipping costs, where applicable.

3.The store credit will be issued in the form of a unique code, which can be used during checkout on our website for future purchases.

Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website. The customer can apply the store credit code during the checkout process to deduct the corresponding amount from the total purchase price.

Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time. It holds its value until it is used for a purchase on our website.
